Schedule

The read-only production timeline across all episodes.

Schedule is a project view -- a read-only production timeline across all episodes in a project. It's a bird's-eye view of where each episode stands in the production pipeline.

What it shows

  • A visual timeline with episode phases laid out as bars
  • Milestone markers -- colour-coded points corresponding to key steps in the episode plan:
    • Green -- completed milestone
    • Red -- missed or overdue
    • Blue -- upcoming
  • Line thickness showing progress: the line is thick from the start of the episode up to how far through its milestones you are, and thin from there to the end

Hovering a milestone marker gives its title, due date and status.

Click an episode's name in the left column, or a bar on its row, to open that episode's Progress heat map -- the same question the Schedule asks ("how is this episode doing?"), answered phase by phase for everything in it. From there you can switch to its Guide, or any other episode view, from the View menu.

Every episode in the project has a row; there is no separate episode selector on this page. The header carries the project title and the project View menu, so you can move to another project view from here.

Data source

The Schedule reads due dates and completion flags from each episode's plan state. The plan state is set when you approve steps in the Episode Plan. The Schedule page does not allow editing -- all updates happen via the Episode Plan.
