Projects

Creating and managing projects — episodes, assets, properties, arcs, schedule, and team.

The Projects page is your starting point. A project is a series container — it holds all episodes, characters, locations, props, and production configuration.

Click New Project and supply a Project ID (lowercase letters, digits, hyphens, 1–50 characters — appears in exported filenames, permanent, cannot be changed) and a Name (can be changed at any time).

Action Notes
Select Opens the project — goes to the episode list, or directly to the screenplay if only one episode exists
Rename Edit the display name inline
Delete Deletes the project. Irreversible from the UI.
Star / Unstar Persisted favourite for quick access

If someone has invited you to collaborate, an alert bar appears on the Projects page — accept or decline from there.

Episodes

EpisodesAssetsPropertiesArcsScheduleTeam

The Episodes view lists all episodes in the project. Create, rename, delete, and star episodes here. Selecting an episode opens it. See Episodes for per-episode modes.

Assets

EpisodesAssetsPropertiesArcsScheduleTeam

The Assets view provides an overview of all characters, locations, props, animations, and expressions in the project, with filtering by type. Create new assets or navigate to existing ones from here.

Properties

Project properties are split into two sections.

Core — Name, description, notes, and AI Notes (passed to the AI agent as context about this project).

Story — Logline, genre, world building, and additional narrative metadata (characters overview, themes, audience). The AI Criteria dropdown links the Story section to the Episode Plan's acceptance criteria template.

Arcs

EpisodesAssetsPropertiesArcsScheduleTeam

The Arcs view shows the Story Arcs swimlane timeline for this project — a visual map of story threads across all episodes.

Schedule

EpisodesAssetsPropertiesArcsScheduleTeam

The Schedule view shows the production schedule across all episodes — a read-only timeline drawn from each episode's production plan.

Team

The Team view manages project sharing — invite collaborators, set roles, and manage pending invites. See Sharing for the full reference.
