Quick Start

1. Sign in

Go to ordinaryanimator.com and sign in with your Google account.

2. Create a project

From the Projects page, click New Project. Enter a Project ID (lowercase letters, digits, and hyphens — this appears in exported filenames and cannot be changed later) and a display Name.

3. Create an episode

Open your project, go to Episodes, and click New Episode. Give it a name.

4. Follow the pipeline

Open the episode and select the Episode Plan tab. This is your production guide — it walks you through every phase from project setup and characters through to delivery, with acceptance criteria at each step.

Work through the pipeline phases in order. You can return to any phase at any time as your project evolves.

5. Set up ComfyUI

Before you can generate images or video, you need to connect a ComfyUI backend. See ComfyUI Setup to choose between local ComfyUI, Comfy Cloud, or both, and get everything configured and tested.
